We're not a tech company. Will this actually apply to our business?
That's exactly who we work with. Most of our clients are in agriculture, services, trades, and other hands-on industries. You don't need to understand the technology. That's our job. We learn how your business runs and figure out where it can help. You stay focused on your operation.
How fast will I receive my work?
A task typically takes 24 to 48 hours to be delivered. More complex tasks will take longer.
What does a typical first month look like?
We start with a discovery call to understand your business and where the friction is. From there we put together an opportunity assessment, a plain-English breakdown of what we'd tackle first and why. Once you're comfortable, we get to work. Most clients see their first tangible deliverable within the first two to three weeks.
How do you decide what to work on each month?
We work from a priority list we build together. At the start of the engagement, we'll identify the highest-impact opportunities. From there, you tell us what matters most and we make sure the work reflects your actual business priorities, not a predetermined roadmap.
What kinds of things have you built for businesses like mine?
Internal dashboards that replaced spreadsheet-and-email workflows, custom inventory and order management tools, SEO-first websites that brought in consistent organic traffic, and AI integrations that handle scheduling, follow-ups, and data entry automatically. We're happy to walk through specific examples on a call.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Our subscription is month-to-month and you can pause or cancel at any time. That said, most of our clients stay because they keep finding new ways we can help. The longer we work together, the more we understand your business and the more value we add.
How many requests can I make
Fill up the board with as many requests as you have. We'll work through them one-by-one.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand not all work will take up an entire month. Certain requests will be smaller than others. That's where the pause feature really shines.
We work based on a 31 day billing cycle. Let's say your initial request takes 10 days to complete, and then you decide to pause. You'll have 21 days of service left that can be redeemed any time in the future.
What is your tech stack?
We're technology-agnostic and we keep the technical decisions to ourselves. You tell us what outcome you need; we figure out the right way to build it. If you have existing software or systems we need to work with, we'll adapt to them.
How do we communicate day-to-day?
You get a direct line to your engineer. No account managers in between. Most clients communicate via email or a shared Slack channel. You'll always know what's being worked on and what's coming next.
What work won't you take on?
We don't work on hardware, IoT devices, machine learning research, or systems-level engineering. If you're unsure whether your project is a good fit, send us a note. We're happy to give you an honest answer.
Who owns what gets built?
You do. All custom code, designs, and deliverables created for your project belong entirely to you, both during and after our engagement. We retain rights only to our own internal tools and processes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of our work we don't offer refunds past the first week of service. No refunds will be given for completed work.
What if I don't have enough work to fill an entire month?
No problem. That's where the pause feature is super handy. Come back at any point to use the remainder of your subscription.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, without hesitation. We work with established businesses and understand that confidentiality matters. We'll sign an NDA before any substantive conversation about your operations.
